Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Soundtik LLC, we want you to be satisfied with your experience on AiSongPromo. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.

2. Campaign Refunds

Before creator outreach begins: If no creators have been contacted for your campaign, you are eligible for a full refund.

After creator outreach begins: Once we have begun contacting creators on your behalf, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. You may receive a partial refund for creators who declined or were not reached.

After content is posted: No refunds are available once creator content has been posted to TikTok, as the service has been fully delivered.

3. Booking Refunds

For direct creator bookings through the marketplace:

  • Before video delivery: If the creator has not yet delivered any videos, you may request a full refund
  • Partial delivery: If some but not all videos have been delivered, you may receive a proportional refund for undelivered videos
  • After full delivery: No refunds after all booked videos have been delivered

4. Offer Refunds

Offers accepted and paid for follow the same refund rules as bookings. If an offer expires before payment, no charges are made and no refund is needed.

5. CapCut Template Add-on

The CapCut template add-on ($100) is refundable if the template has not yet been created. Once the template is delivered, no refund is available for this add-on.

6. Promo Code Usage

Promo codes that provided free videos or discounts are non-refundable. If a refund is issued for a campaign or booking that used a promo code, the promo code will not be reinstated.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Contact our support team through the in-app chat
  • Or email us at support@aisongpromo.com
  • Include your campaign or booking ID and reason for the refund request

We aim to respond to refund requests within 2 business days.

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed through Stripe to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer, typically 5-10 business days.

9. Disputes

If you are unsatisfied with a refund decision, please contact us at support@aisongpromo.com. We will work with you to reach a fair resolution. Filing a chargeback with your bank before contacting us may result in account suspension.
